When I arrived, the room wasn't as clean as I expected, but it was nice and comfy, although it smelled like smoke even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The size was smaller than expected, but I still found it cozy. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide tips and directions before our trip and helping us arrange transportation to the airport bus stop. Despite the language barrier, they were always nice and welcoming. The location seemed a little dodgy at first, but we felt safe and it's conveniently close to Olympic Park, just one subway stop away. I found the dining experience to be okay, and the facilities were good overall.
